Welcome
vzk Beratung brings cultures together who want to jointly make business. We focus on two general groups of cultures:
- Software Development and Vendors
- Software Buyers and Users
As a Vendor or Development Organization, we help you create better software and to optimize your communication with your customers.
As a Buyer or User Organization, we help you to gain more benefit from the system in place and to optimize your communication with Software Vendors.
Within an organization, we can help to coordinate and optimize communication between the different in-house cultures, e.g. for a software development organization:
- Marketing :: Development
- Development :: Quality Assurance
- …

What is so special about vzkb?
By combining our experiences in software developement and asian culture we can offer you more benefits than usual.
Benefits of the asian culture for westerners
Even if you don’t intend to go to south eas asia, you still benefit from our experiences with the asian culture. We think we learned some good things here (amongst others):
- Live to compromise :: in Asia, “win-win” happens every day on every street
- Creativity :: to reach far with less
- Let it be :: patience is considered more important than in western culture
We value these every-day attitudes so much that we changed our methods accordingly. We believe they are less invasive than the usual western approaches.
A concise and flexible service architecture
Our services are modularized and can be ordered alone or in combinations. Every service does one thing only, but well. For every service you find a structured documentation including a short description, your benefits, deliverables and how it is calculated and billed. This enables you to decide easily if you want to subscribe to the service.
Comprehensible Deliverables
For every service we define and agree with you on a set of deliverables that we …well, deliver to you during and at the end of the service period. These deliverables enable you to control and plan your own and our activities.
Distributed Price Risk
Every deliverable of vzkb is tagged with one or more price tags. We don’t bill our time spent! Using the price tags, you (and we) can concisely calculate the service price based on our hourly rates. We bill based on deliverables. This means a shift of the risk of wrong estimations towards our own shoulders: if we mis-estimate, we pay. You won’t pay our overtime!
